The first time I met Gabi was on a survey to some Mengen villages which had asked us to come teach. He was not welcome in his own village due to his bad choices.
Pray for “strong, faithful leaders who prioritize the care and wellbeing of the body of Christ.” Pray for “protection from internal conflict within the church leadership team.” And pray that the Iski New Testament translation, which began in 2016, would be completed soon.
Praise God that the Kuyu, Kovol and Lembena teams have all completed literacy kick-offs, have written and illustrated primers and accompanying readers and can now prepare for literacy classes to start in the new year.
