Latin America: Pray for 1,000 More Radios to ...

Pray that the recipients will remember how to use and care for the radios and that they will tune into the teaching as it is broadcasted. There are many more villages who do not have access to the radio program or to God’s Word. Pray that God will provide the funds needed to purchase 1,000 more radios.

Papua New Guinea: Pray for New Believers Among ...

“The Bible teachers have been going through the Creation to Christ teaching with the students that are in the local school, and after the gospel presentation, 61 elementary students gave a profession of faith in Jesus. Some of these kids are from our village, but many are from other villages where the gospel has not been welcome. Praise the Lord!” Pray that this will open the door to other villages. Pray for missionaries to go to these other villages. Pray for these elementary students to have opportunities to grow in the Word and in their walk with the Lord.

Brus' Story: Prayer Changes Things

Many moons ago, a nervous me landed in our bush village between the Mengen valleys and mountains. It was only for a short visit to meet our future co-workers and meet the Mengen friends among whom we would live for the next roughly 20 years of our lives. During this time, I met Brus and his wife Apite.

It was then that I was told that Gabi suffers from seizures, up to three times a week. His family wanted him to stop, but he shared that God’s Word was too great to stop teaching.

The first time I met Gabi was on a survey to some Mengen villages which had asked us to come teach. He was not welcome in his own village due to his bad choices.
